Tree Line Capital Partners provided a first lien credit facility and equity co-investment to support O2 Investment Partners’ investment in EMEX.

Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Houston, EMEX is a technology-driven service provider that facilitates the brokerage of electricity and natural gas procurement for end customers in regulated and deregulated markets across the U.S.
