PNC Bank appointed Matthew Steenson to lead its Business Banking team. Based in Pittsburgh, Steenson will be responsible for leading the domestic business bank.

Steenson brings more than 20 years of experience in financial services to his new role. He served as executive vice president of PNC’s Retail Segments, Deposits and Insurance Services team since its formation in 2015, where, under his leadership, the team developed and implemented strategies to deliver superior product capabilities and customer experiences while growing PNC’s business and consumer customers.

Prior to joining PNC in 1998, he led a mutual-fund accounting team at Federated Investors.
