Redpoint Capital Group, an alternative credit manager focused on providing financing solutions to companies across an array of industries, has expanded its investment team by adding Spring Hollis as a portfolio manager.

Hollis, together with Dan Adashek, will be responsible for managing Redpoint’s investments and structuring future transactions.

“We are thrilled to add Spring to the Redpoint team. Her experience on Wall Street investing in and financing multiple asset classes is exactly what we were looking for as we continue to grow our portfolio,” said Alex Dunev, managing partner of Redpoint. “The addition of Spring emphasizes our firm’s commitment to hiring the best talent and positions us for continued success.”

Previously, Hollis was a managing director at Deutsche Bank in the Global Principal Finance group and a member of the senior management team, focused on principal investments in structured credit and equity positions across asset classes.

Hollis was most recently the CEO for Digital Contact, an international digital marketing company, where she was responsible for strategic opportunities. Prior to Digital Contact, Hollis founded a multi-strategy investment and consulting firm focused on opportunities in private credit and equity markets, with an emphasis on distressed issuers of privately held debt.
