H.I.G. Capital announced that its affiliate completed the recapitalization of Fox River Fiber. Fox River will be combined with Rolland Enterprises, a producer of recycled fine papers and security papers, which was acquired by an H.I.G. affiliate in 2014.

De Pere, WI-headquartered Fox River Fiber is a manufacturer of premium de-inked recycled pulp from post-consumer waste.

Saint-Jérôme, Quebec-headquartered Rolland is a producer of ecological fine papers and security papers.
