Bibby Financial Services appointed Christopher Kudrna as head of Sales for the company’s small business unit, based in Lombard, IL. In his new role, Kudrna will be responsible for accelerating revenue growth, building the company’s client base and establishing and exceeding profit targets.

Kudrna brings more than 25 years of corporate sales experience and an in-depth understanding of how to drive business growth. Prior to joining, Kudrna served in high-level sales roles at Motorola, CRT Marketing and Jobfox. One of Kudrna’s primary initiatives will be utilizing his experience to meet short and long-term sales objectives with the goal of growing BFS’s U.S. and Canadian footprint.

Bibby Financial Services offers companies several unique funding options to jumpstart revenue growth, including factoring, asset-based lending, purchase order finance and import and export factoring. These offerings are necessary to meet the diverse funding needs of today’s small businesses. The most recent Gallup Small Business Index places small business owner optimism at its highest level since 2008. Yet, the volume of small business loans provided by traditional financial institutions dropped significantly after 2008 and still has not recovered. As Head of Sales for the Small Business Unit, Kudrna will help small business owners accelerate their cash flow.
