Major US Banks Deposit $30B in First Republic in Wake of Silicon Valley Bank Collapse

Last week, 11 banks, including Bank of America, Citigroup, JPMorgan Chase and Wells Fargo, combined to make $30 billion in uninsured deposits in First Republic Bank to display confidence in the U.S. banking system following the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank.

Lender Syndicate Amends Ritchie Bros.’ Credit Agreement to Support IAA Merger

Ritchie Bros. closed an amendment to its credit agreement with a syndicate of lenders to support the closing of its proposed merger with IAA. BofA Securities, RBC Capital Markets, Goldman Sachs and Wells Fargo Securities served as joint bookrunners for the agreement.

US Bank Closes $380MM Senior Secured Credit Facility with AmeriTex Holdings

AmeriTex Holdings closed $380 million in senior secured credit facilities with U.S. Bank to combine with its $35 million in current subordinated notes with Prudential Capital Partners to continue its growth in products and other capabilities to best serve its Texas contractor customers.
