Digi International, a global provider of business and mission critical Internet of Things products, services and solutions, entered into a new senior secured credit facility. Lenders for the facility include BMO Bank, as administrative agent, Bank of America and MUFG Bank.
Alternative asset management firm HarbourView Equity Partners amended its senior secured credit facility led by Fifth Third Bank, increasing the capacity of the facility by $100 million to $300 million.
Grindr completed a refinancing via a new $300 million term loan A facility and a $50 million revolving credit facility. The joint lead arrangers of the transaction are J.P. Morgan, Bank of America, Citizens Bank and Silicon Valley Bank, a division of First Citizens Bank.
Blue Bird, a manufacturer of school buses, completed the refinancing of its credit facilities and entered into a new five-year credit agreement led by BMO Capital Markets. The new credit agreement provides for a $100 million term loan and a $150 million revolving credit facility.
Neiman Marcus Group entered into a fourth amendment to the credit agreement governing the company’s $900 million asset-based lending facility, which is led by Bank of America as administrative agent and collateral agent.
Hilton Grand Vacations successfully repriced its existing $1.3 billion term loan B, maturing Aug. 2, 2028. The new pricing will be SOFR plus 275 basis points, down from SOFR plus 300 basis points. Additionally, the interest rate floor for the Term Loan B has been lowered from 50 basis points to zero basis points.
Summit Hotel Properties’ joint venture with GIC, Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund, has successfully completed the refinancing of its $200 million senior credit facility.
Enfusion, a provider of cloud-native software-as-a-service solutions for investment managers, entered into a $100 million revolving credit facility. The lenders under the credit facility are primarily a syndicate of Enfusion’s relationship banks, including Bank of America.
Capteris closed a new $350 million credit facility to support the growth of its equipment finance business. Truist Bank is serving as administrative agent and Bank of America is also partnering with Capteris on the facility.
Funds advised by SK Capital Partners, a private investment firm focused on the specialty materials, ingredients and life sciences sectors, acquired Isolatek International, a manufacturer and supplier of passive fireproofing technologies. Bank of America provided debt financing to support the transaction.
