Touchstone Bankshares and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Touchstone Bank, hired Allan Funk as executive vice president and chief credit officer. Funk has more than 37 years of banking experience, most recently serving as senior credit officer with $1.5 billion asset-based First Community Bank of South Carolina. Prior to that, Funk was with Skyline National Bank and BB&T in Virginia.
