Skyway Capital Markets, a Tampa, FL-based boutique investment banking firm, appointed Andrew Sclater-Booth as senior vice president.

Andrew Sclater-Booth joins the firm as senior vice president with more than 15 years of experience in private equity and investment banking. He has extensive experience in capital raising, merger and acquisition advisory, and debt restructuring and has completed more than $5 billion in investment banking mandates.

Sclater-Booth most recently served as senior vice president – mergers and acquisitions at Dynasty Financial Partners and previously held the roles of chief financial officer and director of mergers and acquisitions for two boutique private equity firms.

Sclater-Booth served as vice president of acquisitions while at Spirit Finance (Spirit Realty Capital), a publicly traded REIT that sold during his tenure for $3.5 billion to a consortium of investors led by Macquarie Capital. Sclater-Booth started his career in the investment banking groups at Société Generale (Mergers & Acquisitions Division), JP Morgan (Leveraged Finance Division), and Salomon Smith Barney.
