An entrepreneur with insurance industry experience executed an LOI to acquire the company. The sellers wanted a quick exit process and provided a four-week time frame to consummate the transaction. The acquisition was structured with a combination of equity and debt provided by SG Credit Partners, which structured a $4.5 million senior secured debt facility providing interest-only flexibility to support the company’s planned ARR growth initiatives.
