According to two LinkedIn announcements, Sallyport Commercial Finance promoted Damon Dickens to executive vice president, while Calum Williamson accepted the role of North America sales manager.

In addition to this new role, Williamson will also maintain his position as managing director of Sallyport’s Canadian business. In his new role, Williamson will build out Sallyport’s North American new business team and focus on providing cashflow solutions to entrepreneurs.

“Having worked with Calum for 25 years through different organizations and countries, I am delighted to continue building a shared vision together, helping our entrepreneurs take advantage of the opportunities they have for their businesses and families,” Nick Hart, president of Sallyport, said in a LinkedIn post. “Calum’s commitment remains second to none, and I have no doubt of his continued success.”

Dickens was previously senior vice president of underwriting for the last five years. In his new role, Dickens will join Sallyport’s executive management team.

“I am excited to see Damon take his next career step with Sallyport,” Hart said in a LinkedIn post. “Damon will help guide and secure future opportunities for our Sallyport team and entrepreneurs as we continue building together. Damon’s future is bright.”
