PNC Bank promoted Zachary Bullock to senior vice president and market leader for commercial banking in central Pennsylvania. Based in PNC’s office in Lancaster, PA, Bullock will oversee PNC’s commercial banking team in the market, which serves businesses with annual revenues between $5 million and $100 million. Bullock will succeed Milton Hefft, who retired at the end of July after 20 years with PNC.

In this role, Bullock will lead a team of central Pennsylvania-based relationship managers to deliver PNC’s suite of lending solutions, cash management services and risk management strategies. Additionally, he will collaborate with internal partners to help clients access PNC’s specialized services and solutions for treasury management, capital markets, healthcare and equipment finance.

Bullock began his career with PNC in central Pennsylvania in 2008, spending time in retail banking, credit risk management and treasury management before transitioning to commercial banking. He relocated to the Philadelphia region in 2013, and after 10 years of direct relationship management responsibilities, he recently returned to his hometown of Lancaster to assume his current role of market leader.
