There are only two weeks left to register for the 15th Annual Philadelphia Credit & Restructuring Summit. Hosted by ABF Journal, the New York Institute of Credit, the Secured Finance Network and the Philadelphia/Wilmington chapter of the Turnaround Management Association, the conference will take place March 21 from 11 a.m. to 6:30. p.m. ET at the Union League of Philadelphia.

The conference will begin with a luncheon panel moderated by Monique B. DiSabatino, a partner at Saul Ewing, and featuring several notable retired bankruptcy court judges, who will offer their perspectives on life beyond the courthouse. The panel will include:

  • The Honorable Kevin J. Carey, formerly of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware and currently senior council at Hogan Lovells
  • The Honorable Robert D. Drain, formerly of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District of New York and currently of counsel at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom
  • The Honorable Holly B. Fitzsimmons, formerly of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Connecticut
  • The Honorable Kevin Gross, formerly of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of the District of Delaware and currently of counsel at Richards Layton & Finger

The conference also will feature three education sessions, including a lender’s panel led by Paul Shur, a shareholder of Becker & Poliakoff; a turnaround panel led by Neil Gupta, a managing director at SSG Capital Advisors; and the event’s regular “Views from the Bench” panel, which will once again be moderated by Marck Indelicato, a partner at Thompson Coburn.

In addition to the panels, the conference will feature several networking breaks as well as a cocktail reception to conclude the day. For more information and to register, click here.
