O’Keefe, a middle-market investment bank and financial advisory firm, advised Titan Trucking, a hauling and trucking company, during its merger with TraQiQ, a diversified waste and recycle services company. TraQiQ will rebrand itself as Titan Environmental Solutions over the coming months, a name that represents its new focus in the waste services sector.

Titan Trucking currently offers a range of environmental services, including solid waste collection, recycling and trucking, to businesses located primarily in Michigan.

Glen Miller and Jeffrey Rizzo have assumed the positions of CEO and chief operating officer, respectively, of Titan. Miller has held leadership positions with multiple public and private waste management companies and has led multiple consolidation efforts in the industry.

“We are excited about joining TraQiQ and look forward to executing our plan to grow TraQiQ into a leading provider of environmental services through efforts in aggressive organic, and profitable acquisitive, growth campaigns,” Miller said.

During Q4/22, Titan recently acquired two trucking companies, Century Waste Management and WTI Global, which are focused on waste services in the Midwest.

“Our team is excited to become part of TraQiQ and we look forward to using this scalable platform to leverage technology to provide cost-effective environmental solutions that the industry desperately needs.” Rizzo said.

Titan will continue its acquisition efforts with a focus in the Midwest and Southeast, led by O’Keefe.
