Marshall O. Dworkin and Rohan Maitra have joined the law firm of Moritt Hock & Hamroff as associates. Dworkin has joined the firm’s litigation practice group, resident in the New York City office. Maitra has joined the firm’s secured lending and finance practice group, resident in the New York City office.

Dworkin concentrates his practice on complex business litigation matters, including shareholder disputes, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty claims, fraud and estate litigation in both state and federal courts.
Maitra concentrates his practice on secured lending and finance where he represents both lenders and borrowers in leveraged finance transactions and a variety of other lending transactions.
