The Chattanooga Times Free Press reported that Krystal Hamburger, the nation’s second oldest fast food chain, has filed Chapter 11 for the second time in 23 years.

According to the Times Free Press, Krystal Holdings listed debts between $50 million and $100 million in its court filings in Atlanta and named Jonathan Tibus, managing director for Alvarez and Marsal, to lead the restructuring of the company.
