LSQ, an independent provider of invoice financing in the U.S., added Bill Kirth as a regional vice president. Kirth joined LSQ from Euler Hermes technology partner, APiO, where he served as director and chief credit officer.

In his role as regional vice president, Kirth will be responsible for expanding LSQ’s market presence by originating senior secured credit facilities for private and publicly traded companies located in the Intermountain region.

“Bill’s tenure in financial services and track record for providing sensible funding solutions is impressive,” Renee Jackson, national sales director of LSQ, said. “I’ve known Bill for several years. He has a great reputation in the industry and I’m delighted to welcome him to the team.”

Based in Utah, Kirth has more than 30 years of commercial finance experience, having held similar roles at Summit Financial, Sterling Commercial Credit and Juno Financial.

“LSQ has always been an innovative and respected alternative lender,” Kirth said. “Their expertise, flexibility and technology will allow me to creatively fund a variety of businesses that either can’t get bank financing or want to avoid equity dilution. I’m excited to join their team and to provide industry-leading funding solutions to my market.”
