Gordon Brothers completed the acquisition of substantially all the assets of Catch Co., a portfolio of fishing brands that has generated nearly $300 million in revenue since its inception in 2012 with the launch of Mystery Tackle Box. The acquisition includes Catch Co.’s inventory and intellectual property, allowing for continued operations of the business and the preservation of jobs.
