Eagle Point Credit Management added Seth Weinstein to the firm as a director of business development. Weinstein will report to Kyle McGrady, principal and head of marketing and investor relations for Eagle Point Credit Management. In his new role, Weinstein will be responsible for business development and strengthening Eagle Point’s existing relationships in the institutional investment community.

“As demand for our investment strategies continues to grow, Seth is well-positioned to communicate our differentiated investment approach to institutional investors seeking income-oriented credit investments,” Thomas Majewski, founder and managing partner at Eagle Point Credit Management, said.

Prior to joining Eagle Point Credit Management, Weinstein served as senior vice president of business development at CQS, a credit-focused multi-strategy asset manager. He began his career at Bankers Trust Company and went on to hold business development positions at HFR Asset Management, Man Investments, UBS Global Asset Management and BNP Paribas Asset Management USA, formerly known as Fischer Francis Trees & Watts.

Eagle Point Credit Management, formed in 2012 by Majewski and Stone Point Capital, is an asset manager focused on investing in CLO securities and portfolio debt securities.
