DLL appointed Mary Dickerson as executive vice president, Human Resources.
As the leader of DLL’s global Group Human Resources organization, Dickerson will work closely with the executive board and senior leadership to create and implement the company’s global HR strategy. This includes attracting top talent and continuing to build a diverse culture, globally connected workforce and best-in-class learning and development program at DLL.
“Having the right people and talent road map in place is a key building block of DLL’s future success,” said Bill Stephenson, CEO and chairman of the executive board at DLL. “After an extensive global search, we have found a highly-qualified leader that will take our approach to Human Resources to the next level.”
Dickerson has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources. She joins DLL from XL Catlin, where she served as senior vice president of Human Resources. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of leadership roles at Accolade, The Hartford, AIG, Allied Irish Banks, Fitzpatrick’s Hotel Group and Wawa.
“DLL continues to ensure that we attract and retain the top talent in our industry,” said Stephenson. “Mary is a talented executive with global experience that will help DLL continue to function as a high performing organization and guide us into the future. I’m delighted to have her join our team to guide us on this journey.”
