California Bank of Commerce announced that Amy C. Efland has joined the Bank as a senior vice president and sales manager for CBC Business Credit in the South Bay.

“We are very proud to have Amy join our growing asset based lending team. She is a veteran business development officer with over ten years of experience in the financial services industry. Amy will lead business development for CBC Business Credit in California, Oregon and Washington,” said James Christiansen, executive vice president CBC Business Credit.

Efland is an experienced leader in identifying new markets and business opportunities within the asset based lending and factoring markets. Efland was most recently a vice president of Business Development at Crestmark Bank in San Francisco where she was among the top new business development officers. Prior to Crestmark, Efland was a vice president of Business Development for Summit Financial Resources in San Francisco.
