Acacia Partners announced it made an undisclosed investment in Vision Radiology. Acacia said Cadence Bank provided the credit facility for the investment that was completed in partnership with Dr. Raymond Hsu, Dr. Gautam Agrawal and Catherine Baker.

Vision provides remote radiology services to emergency rooms during the overnight and weekend hours on behalf of local radiologist practices.

Acacia partnered with Cadence Bank to provide the senior credit facility and used McGuire Woods for legal representation.

Backed by a commitment to superior patient care and service to its clients, Vision has grown to a practice of twenty-seven doctors serving hospitals across the country. All of Vision’s radiologists are specialty trained doctors from leading U.S. medical programs, primarily Johns Hopkins and Stanford University. All of the doctors have received top honors in their academic training or have received awards given their proficiency in their specialty.

“Acacia is excited to partner with Vision’s founders to help build upon the platform they have created. The company has a special culture that leads to better patient care and satisfied local practices and hospitals. We look forward to partnering with Ray, Gautam, and Cathy to expand Vision’s infrastructure and take their superior model to a larger group of patients and clients across the country” commented Brad Johl and Jeff Sokol, partners of Acacia.
