Bridge Bank extended a $2 million credit facility to Miva, a San Diego-based e-commerce software and service provider for mid-size and enterprise merchants. Miva will use the new credit facility to fund working capital needs and to support growth initiatives.
“The team at Bridge Bank understands our business model and what we needed to help stoke the next stage of our growth,” Rick Wilson, CEO of Miva, said. “They delivered a customized financial solution that met our needs and will assist with our growth.”
“Miva’s mission is to empower independent sellers to control their destiny and thrive,” Mark Breneman, senior vice president in Bridge Bank’s Southern California technology banking group, said. “Their vision aligns with the entrepreneurial spirit of Bridge Bank and we were able to craft a specialized credit facility giving Miva the tools needed to remain in control as they move forward in their continued growth.”
