Investment banking firm Blackhill Partners appointed 30-year restructuring industry veteran Steven Strom CEO.

Strom joins from Jefferies, where he served as managing director. Prior to Jefferies, Strom held leadership roles at CIBC World Markets, Chanin Capital Partners and was also the founder of Odinbrook Global Advisors. He was also a distressed investor at Commodities Corporation and in the mergers and acquisitions group at Chemical Bank.
