Anthony C. Cianciotti joined Baker Donelson as a shareholder in the firm’s Atlanta office and as a member of the firm’s financial services transactions group.

Cianciotti represents financial institutions and borrowers in structuring, negotiating and closing loan transactions. He has experience with asset-based and cash flow working capital facilities, equipment and acquisition financing and venture debt and growth capital financing. He has proficiency in multiple areas, including lending against “in transit” inventory, government contracts and trademarked goods.

“The core of Anthony’s practice is to help clients provide or obtain the capital needed for regional, national and international businesses to succeed,” Jackie Prester, chair of Baker Donelson’s financial services transactions group, said. “As an attorney with a strong background in lender transactional work, he brings experience and talent to our financial services transactions group in Georgia, a large market where our clients are expanding operations. Anthony’s depth of capabilities will be invaluable to helping us meet our current client demand for these legal services in this vitally important market.”

Cianciotti joined Baker Donelson from the debt finance practice of an international law firm and, before then, he was in-house counsel at an asset-based lender providing secured lending solutions to mid-market businesses.
