The defendants in the case are Davenport AID Propco, Parkhurst AID Propco, River Run Aid Propco, Jackson Aid Propco, Marcy Aid Propco, Wildflower Aid Propco, Evergreen Aid Propco, Kent Aid Propco, Mondell Aid Propco, Dubuque Aid Propco, Settlers Aid Propco, Baily Aid Propco, Terrebonne Aid Propco, Russ Aid Propco, Astor Aid Propco, Sage Aid Propco, Cimarron Aid Propco, Potter Aid Propco, Preston Aid Propco, Highlander Aid Propco, Prairie Springs Aid Propco, Whitman Aid Propco, Crest Aid Propco and Ridgeview Aid Propco.

Davenport Aid Propco, et al, are affiliates of AID Holdings, an owner of senior living facilities in the U.S. This order encompasses 24 senior living facilities in various states.

The Aurora team overseeing the business includes Baker, a managing partner at Aurora; Phil Slaght, a director at the firm; and Cally McGee, a consultant at the firm.  Aurora is currently also serving as chief restructuring officer for Taronis Fuels and Tessemae’s in their respective Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases.
