Ares Commercial Finance provided a senior secured credit facility to MFG Chemical, a portfolio company of Platte River Equity. The credit facility consists of an asset based revolving line of credit and a term loan. Proceeds of the credit facility were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for ongoing working capital.
