Change is inevitable and at ABF Journal, change has arrived. Since the magazine’s inception in 2002, it has served and covered the asset-based finance industry. However, the industry looks much different now than it did nearly 20 years ago. That means it is time for ABF Journal to change along with the industry it is dedicated to covering. The goal is to provide the most comprehensive coverage of the commercial lending space available.

This year, ABF Journal has made a number of changes and additions in pursuit of this goal. The publication completely redesigned its website early in the year, hired a new managing editor and launched a new podcast in March, conducted its first livestream in July, and, just this month, released the inaugural ABFJ25, which lists the 25 most innovative companies in commercial finance.

In addition, ABF Journal has expanded its readership and coverage areas to include alternative lenders, junior lenders, leveraged finance professionals and more. Through its e-newsletter offering alone, the ABF Journal now reaches nearly 15,000 contacts across the commercial finance spectrum.
