Stephen Dyer has joined AlixPartners as a managing director in the firm’s Shanghai office.

He will focus on supporting multinational and Chinese companies on developing growth strategies and transformation programs across industries, including automotive, manufacturing, industrial goods, and technology.

Prior to joining AlixPartners, Steve was with Ford Motor Company based in Shanghai, where he was vice president for Business Strategy in Asia Pacific. Prior to that, he was a partner with Bain and A.T. Kearney, also in Shanghai. During his industry and consulting career, Steve has extensive experience directing the development of new business strategy, including electric, autonomous and digital connected vehicles and smart mobility, and traditional business strategy and operational transformation.
