G2 Capital Advisors named Christopher Casteleyn a vice president and Connor Grogan an associate. Casteleyn will focus on M&A and financing transactions while Grogan will focus on financial analysis for M&A, financing and restructuring clients.

Casteleyn will be based in the San Francisco office and Grogan will be based in the Boston office.

Casteleyn brings more than 13 years of experience in corporate finance and banking. Prior to joining G2, Casteleyn was vice president at Antares International Partners. He was responsible for all aspects of merger, acquisition and divestiture processes including sourcing and pitching new clients, leading processes, positioning companies, running due diligence and negotiating final contracts.

Prior to joining G2, Grogan was an associate with Stout Risius Ross in its Valuation and Financial Opinions practice. While at SRR, Grogan performed transaction advisory analyses in support of fairness and solvency opinions for merger and acquisitions, private-equity backed leveraged buyouts and divided recapitalizations.
