Academy Securities added Jeremy Traska as a director in Debt Capital Markets. He will concentrate on global power, utilities, energy and structured products.

Traska has 22 years of experience in the financial services industry, including senior management leadership positions in investment grade and high yield capital markets and research with a focus on the power, utility, energy and chemicals sectors. Most recently, Traska spent more than four years at Drexel Hamilton where he was a director in Capital Markets.

Previously, Traska worked at Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Cohen & Steers and Oppenheimer & Co. with responsibilities ranging from capital markets and advisory to investment grade and high yield credit research.
