Heather Milazzo, managing director at Keen-Summit Capital Partners, a leading real estate brokerage, workout and investment banking firm, has been named to the New York Real Estate Journal’s Women in Commercial Real Estate Spotlight. The annual award recognizes women who have made significant contributions to the commercial real estate industry in New York.

Milazzo is a highly accomplished commercial real estate professional with over 18 years of experience. She is known for her expertise in marketing, operations and project management. She is also a skilled negotiator and has a proven track record of closing deals.

In her current role at Keen-Summit, Milazzo is responsible for leading the firm’s marketing and sales efforts. She has played a key role in the firm’s growth, working on important deals including the $26 million sale of the Cape Cod Sea Camps in Brewster, MA.

Milazzo is also a strong advocate for women in commercial real estate. She is a member of International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation and Turnaround Management Associations’ Network of Women.
