François Bouville joined SLR Business Credit as senior vice president of business development.

Bouville started his career with a global bank in Liberia and ran the national sales force at the oldest life insurance company in the UK. Since arriving in the U.S. in 2000, he has held senior vice president positions with national banks and capital finance institutions and received awards for sales and management. He also co-created the asset-based lending division at his previous company.

Bouville has held many positions in different organizations, such as ACG, The Finance Forum and the Texas Staffing Association, among others. He is a multiple decorated Persian Gulf War veteran and he is on the board and treasurer of Texas For Heroes.

“François has proven experience and is self-motivating,” Dan Tortoriello, executive vice president and chief operating officer of SLR Business Credit, said. “He brings with him a wealth of knowledge in different industries and the ability to establish a credit facility that works for both client and lender. This, along with the ability to finance companies with requests of up to $30-plus million, will allow both SLRBC and Francois to meet their goals. We welcome him to the team. Onward.”
