VION Investments, a provider of financial solutions to businesses, often in the form of senior or mezzanine debt and/or investment through a company’s receivables, hired Morten Kucey as senior managing director. Kucey will play a role in expanding VION’s relationships and product offerings while originating and structuring new opportunities.

Kucey has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services and restructuring and distressed industries. Kucey’s previous roles include senior positions at Rise Line Business Credit and the Secure Finance Network and more than 20 years with SB360 Capital Partners. Kucey has also held positions with a merchant banker and fundraising consulting firms.
