Karina Davydov has been appointed as senior vice president ABL, healthcare originations at Greystone Monticello. Formed in 2021, the Greystone Monticello joint venture provides a wide range of bridge financing options and asset-based lending in the multifamily and seniors housing industries.

Davydov brings more than 20 years of healthcare lending and banking experience including asset-based lending, with a focus on the healthcare industry, most recently in her role as managing director at SLR Healthcare ABL. She will help strengthen Greystone Monticello’s working capital and asset-based lending offerings and will work with our team to help identify new opportunities as we expand our platform.

Davydov will be based out of Chicago, working with Kim Gordon, senior managing director, and head of the Greystone Monticello Chicago office.

“We are excited to have Karina join our team and with her experience and expertise. She will help us continue to expand our market presence in the healthcare asset-based lending space. Karina’s long-standing relationships with clients and referral sources will be an asset to the organization,” Alan Litt, co-founding partner of Greystone Monticello, said.
