Callodine Commercial Finance’s current CFO, chief operating officer and chief compliance officer, Oz Street, will retire after 15 years with the company and its predecessor companies. Callodine Commercial Finance hired Stephen Rainville to succeed Street.

“I want to take the opportunity to personally thank Oz for all that he has done for our firm over the course of the last decade,” Gene Martin, CEO of CCF, said. “He has been an instrumental member of our team, and on behalf our entire organization, we wish him the very best in retirement. We are excited to welcome Steve to the firm and look forward to the experience and set of skills that he will bring to our growing platform.”

Rainville has more than 17 years of experience and joins CCF from Manulife Investment Management, where he most recently held the position of managing director in the private equity and credit group and was responsible for the finance and operations function for the one of the firm’s private credit strategies. Rainville will start in June 2022 and will overlap with Street to facilitate the transition.
