Ivo Voynov has joined J.P. Morgan’s Corporate Client Banking and Specialized Industries (CCBSI) business within Commercial Banking, as an executive director for the Northeast group.

Based in New York, Voynov will support locally headquartered companies within the sports and media industries to meet their complex financial needs.

“The fundamentals for our clients remain strong and there are opportunities for corporates to grow,” said Brooke Cooper, head of CCBSI’s Northeast group. “We’re able to provide them with an array of financial capabilities and market expertise and Ivo’s deep industry experience will bring further value to our clients and team.”

Voynov will work closely with managing director and industry leader Tom Cox, to bring sports and media companies integrated and sophisticated financial solutions, including cash management, capital raising, loan syndications, mergers and acquisitions advisory, among other solutions.

With more than 13 years of experience in banking, investing and trading, Voynov previously served as a senior vice president for Houlihan Lokey’s Technology, Media and Telecom Group. Prior to that, he was a director for Mergers and Acquisitions at Rothschild, within the Technology, Media & Telecom Group.
