Steven Courtade joined CohnReznick, an advisory, assurance and tax firm in the United States, as managing director in its restructuring and dispute resolution practice. Based in the metro Atlanta area, Courtade has 25 years of restructuring experience working with distressed companies in the public, private and government sectors.

Courtade is a financial and operational improvement professional with experience improving bottom-line results for companies experiencing top line challenges or overleveraged capital structures. His clients are typically mid-market companies ranging from $50 million to $500 million in revenue in industries that include manufacturing, retail and e-commerce, franchise, energy, distribution, food, service, technology and not-for-profit business services.

Courtade’s experience includes turnaround implementation, crisis stabilization, right sizing operations, plant floor operational improvements, job costing, product rationalization/gross margin profitability by product line, debt procurement, debt restructuring and creditor workout, cash flow projections, gross margin improvement and major stakeholder negotiations.
