This day-long educational conference is devoted entirely to the consumer bankruptcy professional and will focus on current issues affecting debtors and creditors in consumer cases. This year’s program will tackle compensation issues and chapter 13, and will feature a special session on credit scores and reports. The annual case law update — another round of “Case Law Jeopardy” — is a must-attend session.
