Steve Donelson and Jeff Schottler joined LoHi Merchant Bank as partner and managing director, respectively.

As an M&A and transactional expert, Donelson brings more than 25 years of experience to LoHi. He was most recently a partner at Ballard Spahr’s Denver office.

Schottler previously served as managing director at Colorado Financial and was a founding partner at ClearCreek Partners. He is currently a commissioned officer with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve.
