Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) has expanded its capabilities by acquiring London-headquartered executive search firm Wilkinson Partners. Tom Wilkinson, founder and CEO of Wilkinson Partners, will assume the role of managing director and lead the newly-formed A&M Search business.
