White Oak Healthcare Finance acted as sole lead arranger and administrative agent on the upsizing of the senior credit facility to University Health System, a division of Biomedical Research Foundation of Northwest Louisiana.
A. E. Wease Distributors, a 90-year old family-run business, spent five years as the borrower of a large Midwest-based bank. But the bank got cold feet about lending to Wease after a major customer was acquired and no longer needed a distributor.
