First Citizens Bank, through its asset-based lending business, served as lead arranger in upsizing the credit facility for SG Credit Partners’ asset-based lending verticals comprised of SG Consumer Products and SG Commercial Finance.
First Citizens Bank’s CIT Commercial Services unit provided up to $48 million in financing to Crown Crafts. The financing included a $5 million upsize to a $40 million committed ABL revolving line of credit and a $8 million term loan.
K92 Mining and its Papua New Guinea subsidiary entered into two separate credit facilities with Trafigura. The credit facilities replace the previous loan agreement with Trafigura and upsize, on an aggregate basis, the 2023 loan facility amount from $100 million to $120 million.
