PTC signed a definitive agreement to acquire ServiceMax for approximately $1.46 billion in cash on a debt-free, cash-free basis from an entity majority owned by Silver Lake.
Hersha Hospitality Trust closed on the refinancing of a $500 million senior secured credit facility and the closing of the first tranche of six of the previously announced disposition of seven non-core Urban Select Service properties.

Toymaker Hasbro amended its credit agreement with Bank of America as administrative agent. The new agreement increased the aggregate size of the facility to $1 billion and provided for a $700 million revolving credit facility.
Installed Building Products announced it entered into a five-year, $100 million senior secured credit facility. KeyBank acted as lead arranger, sole bookrunner and administrative agent.
Milestone Aviation Group announced it closed on a $200 million revolving credit line.
Bob Evans Farms announced it entered into a $750 million amended revolver. PNC Bank acted as administrative agent, and PNC Capital joint lead arranger and sole bookrunner.
Morgan’s Foods said it entered into a loan Agreement with The Huntington National Bank, a national banking association, and announced the closing of two loans pursuant to the loan agreement.
