Stifel Financial completed its acquisition of ACXIT Capital Partners, an independent corporate finance and financial advisory firm serving European middle-market clients and entrepreneurs.
Stifel hired Michael Gonzales as a managing director in the firm’s fixed income capital markets group. In this role, Gonzales will lead Stifel’s efforts to expand its front-end credit sales, focusing on a broad spectrum of fixed income products.

Konstantinos N. Aprilakis, MD, joined Stifel Financial as a managing director and senior analyst covering the biotechnology sector. Aprilakis was most recently a director and senior biotechnology research analyst at Deutsche Bank.
