Hilco Performance Solutions promoted Susan Stanley to the new position of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practice leader. Stanley has nearly 30 years of experience in operations, plant management, lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, corporate finance, and project management.

Hilco Performance Solutions named Frederic Vanlinthout automotive industry practice leader. Vanlinthout’s experience includes 18 years at Ford Motor Company, where he served in a range of financial and strategy positions.
Steve Savoy and Frederic Vanlinthout have been named associate directors of Hilco Performance Solutions, a management consulting firm that consists of operational and financial experts in the areas of manufacturing, supply chain, sales and customer experience, organizational design and M&A.
Jesse Glossinger joined Hilco Performance Solutions as director on its advisory team. Glossinger, a 15-year veteran of the Ford Motor Company, will be based in Madison Heights, MI, and work out of Hilco Global’s offices in Detroit.
Hilco Global’s commercial industrial team acquired all of the assets of Sutton Leasing, a fleet leasing company based in Sterling Heights, MI, in a multi-million-dollar transaction that closed on May 7. Hilco Commercial Industrial aligned with Wells Fargo to close the transaction.
