SG Credit Partners partnered with 4th & Heart, an emerging premium food brand, to provide a senior debt investment that will be used to support 4th & Heart’s manufacturing expansion, product awareness and retail support.
SG Credit Partners, through its SG Consumer Products division, partnered with a plant-based snack brand, providing a $6 million senior debt investment. The partnership will provide additional capital to support the company’s continued retail expansion and product innovation.
SG Credit Partners provided a $2.5 million recurring revenue-based growth capital facility to OpsCompass, which is a portfolio company of Elsewhere Partners.
