PeakSpan and Encina Participate in Financing for finally
The AI-powered finance and HR suite, finally, closed a $50 million Series B from PeakSpan Capital and $150 million credit facility from Encina. The new capital follows the company’s $95 million Series A in 2022 and additional $10 million capital injection in February of this year.
