Former CFA Head Charges Whistleblowing Caused Firing
The Huffington Post reported that former CFA head Robert Trojan filed a lawsuit against the CFA and Wells Fargo, charging he was fired after reporting a conflict of interest between Wells and the bank’s auditors, Freed Maxick, to CFA president, Andrea Petro.
