Ron Brody joined Otterbourg as the head of the firm’s leveraged finance practice group. Brody joined Otterbourg from Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, where he served as co-head of the bank and leveraged finance group.
Law firm Otterbourg promoted Michael Rich to member of the firm. Rich began his career at Otterbourg and has been an associate in the firm’s banking and finance department for the past eight years.
Otterbourg named James M. Cretella chair of the firm’s alternative and specialty finance practice group. Cretella’s areas of focus include asset-based lending, supply chain finance, trade finance and specialty finance.
Tarnetta V. Jones joined Otterourg as of counsel in both the Banking & Finance and the Corporate departments.
Otterbourg named Richard L. Stehl chairman of the firm and its executive committee and David W. Morse vice chairman and president. Daniel Wallen is stepping down as chairman after leading the firm for more than two decades.
